"The Ultimate Guide To Buying A New Home!"

Don't Even Think About Buying A House ...

Until you learn how you can avoid the Ten Most Common (and costly) mistakes made by first time homebuyers ... and you DON'T even need to be a real estate expert!

Are you a getting ready to start house hunting?

Congratulations! Buying a new house - especially your first house - is a great feeling! And while you don't need to be a real estate expert to buy a house, you can learn how to avoid most of the "rookie" mistakes that can cost you a LOT of money (that most new home buyers learn the hard way) with these helpful house buying tips!

Whether you're ready to buy a house for the first time - or even if you already own a home and are getting ready to buy again - there are lots of simple home buying tips that can help you save lots of time...money...and effort while hunting for your dream home!

Want to learn how you can avoid these 10 costly mistakes ... especially
if you are not a real estate expert ... when buying your first house?

Hi, my name is Kris Bickell, and I know all about these mistakes. Because I made them all. In fact, I made enough mistakes the first time to qualify me as a "home buying mistake" expert. While I'm not a professional realtor or financial planner, I've been through the house hunting process ... and lost a bunch of money - just because I didn't know any better!

So I started HouseBuying-Tips.com and developed this FREE COURSE to share with you the home buying tips I learned along the way - and help you avoid these same expensive mistakes - so that you DON'T need to be a real estate expert when searching for your first home!

So, by learning these house buying tips (and avoiding all the mistakes I made), you'll be WAY AHEAD of most first time home buyers!

Do you know EXACTLY how much house you can afford?

Before you start house hunting, it's a good idea to know exactly how much you can afford to spend on a house. Otherwise, you'll end up wasting time searching for homes that might be outside your price range. And while you can look at your income & expenses to get a pretty good idea of how much you can spend, you should really apply for a mortgage and find out EXACTLY how much you can afford.

Do you have a little too much credit card debt? ...
Or need help fixing past credit problems?

These days getting into debt & damaging your credit is easy. And when buying a house, the more credit card debt you have, the less house you can afford. And the more credit problems you have had in the past, the higher the interest rate you'll have to pay (and therefore your monthly payments will be higher, too). So, if you have any credit card debt, or have had any credit problems in the past, it's a good idea to reduce your debt & improve your credit score as much as possible BEFORE you start house hunting!

Do you really need to hire a realtor to help you buy a house?

Buying a house involves LOTS of little details. That's in addition to all the big details. So when your home search starts getting busy, and you're getting ready to make a decision, it's a good idea to have a professional on your side. But just hiring the first realtor you can find (or worse, using the realtor selling the house) isn't enough. You should make sure you find a qualified realtor - one you are very comfortable with - so you don't end up making any costly mistakes!

How can you make sure you don't miss out on finding your "dream home"?

Most people rely on their realtor to send them listings of homes in their price range. But not all homes are listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Where else should you look to find your dream house, so nothing good falls through the cracks? Here are a few other places you might not have thought about when you begin house hunting.

         Happy house hunting!
